2023年,砚设计事务所在杭州启幕,这座城市的江南美学底蕴与创新科技基因,为我们注入灵感之源。我们以一支年轻且极具创造力的精英团队为核心, 成员多数毕业于伦敦大学学院(UCL)、曼彻斯特建筑学院(Manchester school of Architecture)、建筑联盟学院(Architectural Association School of Architecture)等国际顶尖建筑类专业 ,海外深造经历赋予团队全球化设计视野与前瞻性思维。
我们非常关注建筑、室内的 可持续发展与空间与人的关系 ,尽可能使用具有高性价比的可持续材料、能使用超过20年的成品家具,尽可能少使用随着房屋淘汰就会变成废品的定制产品。
在我们眼里,选择什么样的空间,就是在选择什么样的生活方式。
桃李春风项目的雇主是自由职业生活,从事音乐行业,因此生活、工作与社交大部分都会集成在同一个空间当中,同时希望空间能够更加松弛。因此在该案在色调、家具的使用上,会更偏好自然材质,并且拒绝了传统家装中的造型吊顶或者各类复杂工艺,除了必须的中央空调下吊外,其他空间均采用裸顶。在空间上,为求通透,整个空间除了二楼卧室考虑隐私性外,其他空间都尽可能打开, 通过窗户尺寸的控制,实现空间的一步一景。
The client for the Taoli Chunfeng Project is a freelance professional in the music industry. As such, most of their living, working, and socializing activities are integrated within one single space, with a strong desire for a relaxed and unconstrained atmosphere. For this reason, natural materials were prioritized in the color scheme and furniture selection. We rejected decorative suspended ceilings and all kinds of complex craftsmanship typical of traditional home interiors. Except for the necessary lowered sections for central air conditioning, exposed ceilings were used throughout the rest of the space. To achieve spatial openness and transparency, nearly the entire layout was kept open—only the second-floor bedroom was enclosed for privacy. By carefully controlling window sizes, we created a changing visual landscape that unfolds as one moves through the space.
整体墙面采用春雨色调,空间上不使用复杂造型,材质上使用更柔软、自然、木质、竹编元素让整体空间底色干净,但层次感丰富,让人在空间中能获得安静体验。
The overall walls are finished in a spring rain tone. The space avoids complex shapes, and the materials embrace softer, natural elements including wood and bamboo weaving. This keeps the base of the entire space clean yet with rich layering, allowing people to achieve a quiet and tranquil experience within the space.

原客厅玻璃开门处,将尺寸收窄,变为落地窄窗,采用细边边框,从电梯玄关入户后,就能直接通过窄窗看到院子窗景(需要庭院设计专门为窄窗设计窗景)。
The original glass door opening in the living room will be narrowed down and converted into a floor-to-ceiling narrow window with slim frames. Upon entering the residence from the elevator foyer, you will have a direct view of the courtyard scenery through this narrow window (the courtyard design shall be specially framed for this narrow window view).
将公卫、榻榻米功能室全部做为隐形门结构让整面墙体尽可能形成一个完整平面在两扇门中心点,放置挂画与小型窄案桌,形成独特的客厅景观,同时上行楼梯与一楼黑色地砖形成统一色系,加强空间的纵深感, 第一步台阶更改为不规则石材踏步,构成空间亮点。
The public bathroom and the tatami functional room will both adopt concealed door structures, so that the entire wall can form as complete a flat surface as possible. At the midpoint between the two doors, a wall painting and a narrow console table will be placed to create a unique feature in the living room. Meanwhile, the upward staircase will share a unified color scheme with the black floor tiles on the first floor, strengthening the sense of spatial depth. The first step will be replaced with an irregular stone tread, making it a highlight of the space.

The kitchen countertop and floor share the same color scheme, with black stone or sintered stone used to create a cohesive look between the countertop and the floor. The cabinet doors, dining table and chairs are finished with imitation wood veneer to unify the overall tone. Classic Isamu Noguchi spherical pendant lights are adopted; their curved cords add a playful touch to the space.
浙江杭州春风燕语221平米别墅更具有设计风格,是工作室私宅。整体墙面颜色为现场特别调整,创造性去尝试了在居家院子里做高达15米的竹子做点缀空间整体偏暗,无主灯设计去搭配各类点光源打亮空间,让空间带有东方韵味的同时,在家具选择上也更加现代, 让审美与功能尽可能合一的试验性住宅体验。
The 221-square-meter Chunfeng Yanyu Villa in Hangzhou, Zhejiang is a distinctive private residence & studio with a strong design identity. The wall colors were custom-mixed on-site. As a creative attempt, we placed 15-meter-tall bamboo as a decorative feature in the private courtyard. The space adopts an overall dim and subdued tone, featuring a no-main-light design complemented by various spot lights to illuminate the interior, lending the space an Oriental charm. Meanwhile, the furniture selection leans modern, creating an experimental residential experience that strives to integrate aesthetics and functionality.
本案的特色之一,是进入客厅后第一眼就是横厅7.8米的中式窗景,因而庭院营造是本案很重要的一部分。在多次方案推敲后,最终确定院落从山上移栽21棵15米高左右的竹子错落种下作为远景近处采用红枫、鸡爪枫,其枝干的细腻之美和后方硬朗线条的竹子形成鲜明对比而室内的窗帘放弃了常用的亚麻帘,最终采用黑色竹帘方案整体偏向中式的同时,也不乏混合了禅意与现代的折衷思考
One of the defining features of this project is that upon entering the living room, the first sight is a 7.8-meter-wide Chinese-style window panorama spanning the horizontal living hall. Accordingly, courtyard landscaping forms a vital part of the entire design. After repeated revisions and refinements of the scheme, it was finally decided to transplant 21 bamboo plants, each around 15 meters tall, from the mountain and arrange them in a scattered pattern to serve as the distant view. In the foreground, red maples and Japanese maples are employed. The delicate grace of their branches stands in sharp contrast to the bold, straight lines of the bamboo behind. As for interior curtains, the commonly used linen drapes were discarded, and black bamboo blinds were ultimately chosen. While the overall style is rooted in Chinese aesthetics, it also embodies an eclectic approach that integrates Zen serenity with modern thinking.
室内的景观营造也采取了大量半遮挡的屏风结构作为光线的引导,全屋灯光也在3000-3500K左右,整体营造较为昏暗的氛围。通过大量单人椅的设计,能让居家工作一体的情况下,尽可能让人能够体验在空间里不同区域活动、工作的流动状态,防止仅有一个工位而导致居家办公状态下的无聊,更加鼓励人,在这个空间里的活动。
Indoors, numerous half‑obscured screen structures are integrated into the landscape design to gently guide natural light. The ambient lighting throughout the home is set at around 3000–3500K, creating an overall subdued and tranquil atmosphere. Through the extensive use of single armchairs, the space supports a seamless blend of living and working. It allows people to experience a fluid state of moving and working in different zones, avoiding the monotony of being restricted to a single workspace while working from home. Instead, it actively encourages people to engage and move freely within the space.
墙面工艺则是本案另一亮点。将传统主要用于外墙的弹涂工艺使用在室内,凹凸不平的质感让室内更自然、松弛之外,更主要在于,这样的风格对墙面的平整程度、工艺要求非常低,可以大大节省找平的成本,以及后期墙面不平整导致难看的风险。我们始终认为,一味追求昂贵工艺是没有必要的,重点在审美、功能、成本三者之间找到平衡。更重要的,是更少的工艺能够带来更少的污染,以及未来更低的维修成本。可持续的室内工艺是我们始终坚持的方向。
Wall craftsmanship is another highlight of this project. The spray-texture technique, traditionally used mainly for exterior walls, is applied indoors. Its uneven texture not only makes the interior more natural and relaxed, but more importantly, this style has extremely low requirements for wall flatness and construction standards. It can greatly save the cost of wall leveling and reduce the risk of unsightly uneven walls in the later stage. We have always believed that it is unnecessary to blindly pursue expensive craftsmanship. The key lies in finding a balance among aesthetics, functionality and cost.
卧室层面,整个色调偏暗,床品颜色的选取也是暗色调,床头两侧的亚麻灯罩能让光均匀散射不至于刺眼,背后的屏风隔断将衣帽间和床巧妙隔开,深棕色和两侧的木色长柜搭配,整个色调克制的同时,窗外的绿影则能成为空间较好的色彩点缀。在卧室的设计,我们更倾向于更少的颜色、更少的造型,能让人将注意力尽可能放在「睡好」这件重要的事情上。
The bedroom adopts an overall dark and subdued palette, extended to the dark-toned bedding. The linen lampshades on both sides of the bed soften and diffuse light evenly, avoiding harsh glare. A screen partition behind the headboard elegantly separates the walk-in closet from the bed. The dark brown scheme matches the long wooden cabinets on both sides, keeping the tone restrained, while the green shadows outside the window provide a subtle and elegant color accent. In our bedroom design, we lean toward fewer colors and simpler forms, allowing people to focus their attention entirely on the most important thing: sleeping well.

ALL SEE 是一家客户主要覆盖北美洲、日本、新加坡等地方与国家的机器人科技企业,主要客户以变电站、轨道交通、大型工厂领域的大型集团为主,通过研制智能机器人以实现大型集团的降本增效,并秉持「更安全」与「更可持续」的理念,帮助集团进行科技化转型。
因此,在LOGO设计方面与总体视觉方面,我们采取了整体的「暗」色调,通过重色来符合大型企业、重工业的气质。同时,也是考虑到品牌所面对的几乎是B端用户为主,因此放弃了传统的消费品类,目前时髦的「极简」方案,转而采用了信息传达更明确的重工方案。
我们为ALL SEE打造了全套的视觉系统,
从门户官网首页、品牌手册、产品手册、行业手册、员工工牌等。
例如在产品手册方面,我们不遵循传统的堆积大量数据的形式,导致整个手册会显得臃肿,我们积极与客户沟通,每一页的信息呈现方式与信息引导。
我们始终坚持「less is more」—— 少即是多的设计理念,在保证用户需要获取的信息完整的情况下,摒弃掉更多非常具体的参数细节,只保留重要信息的方式,让整个产品手册在视觉上更加清晰、直接。
TEDxDapuqiao视觉全案设计
我们在做前期策划的过程中,得到了⼏个信息。本次活动聚焦的活动核⼼为「循环经济」,推动⼈类⾯对⽓候变化的最后倒计时所发起的系列性活动,⽽我们在思考,我们应该如何去表达,如何去阐释倒计时的概念,与我们可以应对这件事情的⽅式与⼿段,以及表达出「循环」这样的感觉出来。 我们在⻛格上的选择,最后选择了中国⽔墨的⻛格作为整体设计基调,因为我们了解到,本次活动的讲者均来⾃中国,因此我们认为,⽤中国元素去表达这是⼀场来⾃中国各⾏各业的循环经济践⾏者的分享,以颠覆⼤众对于TEDX这样⼀个国际化品牌印象当中的⻄⽅设计⻛格。另⼀⽅⾯,我们却不想⽤⽔墨⻛格去表达中国汉字,我们在不断地寻找符号的过程中,「π」出现在了我们眼前。「π」的视觉⻛格,是⼀个很类似于英⽂但却不是英⽂,但却能让⼈感受到国际化的符号,⽽「π」本身代表的概念之⼀,便是⽆限,我们在未来,将会有⽆限的⼿段去对抗⽓候变化,⽽这依赖于我们对于理念的相信认可与践⾏。因此,最后我们⽤⽔墨⻛格的「π」,表达了这⼀次的主视觉。
